My Story

Why Connection Matters

I grew up in a military family, which meant home was never just one place. Life took me from Maine to Hawaii, Israel to Texas, teaching me about resilience and the quiet ache of starting over. These experiences showed me how deeply we all long for connection and belonging—no matter where we are.

My early draw to relationship work began when I saw how much pain families carry when connection breaks down. I became curious about what helps us find our way back to each other, and how healing our relationships can ease the burdens we carry inside. I've seen how small moments of understanding can ripple through generations, creating space for more compassion and closeness.

WE ARE ALWAYS CLOSE

Who I Love Working With

I work with adult individuals and couples who want to feel more connected, understood, and supported in their relationships. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck in patterns that once helped them cope but now keep them distant from the closeness they want. Together, we explore wounds and adaptations carried from earlier times, gently letting go of what's no longer helpful while building new ways of connecting.
