What is your approach to individual therapy?
My approach is relational and integrative, focusing on you as a whole person. We'll use experiential and body-based techniques to help you access deeper healing beyond just talking, all within a supportive and connected relationship.
What is the cost, and do you take insurance?
A standard 50-minute individual therapy session is $140. I am a private-pay provider but can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are also accepted.
