Getting to Know Jess

Here's a bit about me.

It's my belief that connection is our lifeblood to joy. Relationships and their heart-aching cycle of connection and disconnection, have been a fascination to me throughout my life. I work with my clients collaboratively and what I can guarantee you'll get from me is equal parts compassion and honesty.

"Knowing what to do" on an intellectual level doesn't reach the root origins of the word which signify an embodied "felt sense". Simply teaching the skills sometimes isn't enough. You know that gut feeling? This "felt knowing" can come into our awareness but we at times lack the ability to put it into words. This is where I come in to help. Our nervous system doesn't track time, only safety. So even if there's something you've been struggling with for a longggg time. That's ok. You just also needed safety. Let's talk about how we can get more of that.

Cheering you on,

In my "real life" I am a wife and mom to three kids. I was raised in a military family in the suburbs of Washington D.C. I also grew up with a sibling with Down Syndrome. I credit my little sister for inspiring my belief that all humans have innate worth and dignity. My schooling and life opportunities have taken me across the U.S. and abroad to further enrich my learning of cultural humility and appreciation for all walks of life.

It is my utmost honor to be trusted in your journey to more knowing connection.
