Grow better, together.

A lot goes on in life and couples need a space to prioritize the relationship they wish to grow old with. It's my belief that bettering your relationship with your spouse will improve almost every other area of your life. But I won't decide what happens to your relationship, that part will be up to you.

They say relationships take work. What is the work? It's choosing to love oneself and other in the same moment, minute by minute. To remain in full-respect living of self and others in both times of harmony and disharmony. If you're thinking "that sounds so simple, why can't I do that?". That's exactly what we'll work to untangle.

I work from the Relational Life Therapy and Gottman Method Couple's Therapy models. I continue to work closely, and consult with the Director of Training for the Relational Life Institute. Read more here about me and my approach to therapy. therapy and rates, please see our FAQ page.

Healing Legacies

When your family could use support...

As Terry says, it's often that healing begins with one person beginning the work. That one person can begin the process of what leads to healing as a family. My training as a marriage and family therapist has trained me to work with systems of people. Which is exactly what family therapy is. Whether the family is experiencing a current difficulty or processing the past, we can begin the healing process.

"Family dysfunction rolls down from generation to generation, like a fire in the woods, taking down everything in its path until one person in one generation has the courage to turn and face the flames. That person brings peace to their ancestors and spares the children that follow."
